I retained Ron Marlowe in August 2019 to handle a buyer Asset Purchase Agreement for me. Having been through this process several times before, in different states, with various firms, I am experienced in M & A and with Corporate Counsel. I found Ron Marlowe to be absolutely 5-star in every way. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, conscientious, and thorough. I could not have been more please with his service and he will be my corporate counsel for all matter I foresee in the future.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone who would ask me for a reference. Mr. Marlowe and his staff were very professional during our communications and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. My legal inquiry had to do with inconveniences due to the pandemic and was unable to proceed with a lawsuit at this time. But I will definitely consider them again if need be.

It feels like we are in a world now where finding a lawyer is almost impossible if the case has any complexity and your not a corporation. We had a good experience with Marlowe Law. We hope more lawyers will fight for what is right and not just what is profitable.

I have been to several attorneys over the years and this firm is by far the most transparent. I never had to 'ask' what was going on. He and Samantha keep you up to speed almost by the minute with their emails and their mail app. Mr. Marlowe is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
